Randolph North is the current home of the PING/Welches Championship LPGA Golf Tournament and has been the site for PGA tournaments from 1979 through 1990. It was the site of the P.G.A. Seiko Tucson Match Play Championship and the P.G.A. Joe Garaagiola Tucson Open. It is the longest golf course in the City of Tucson system, measuring 7,000 yards from the championship tees and 6,500 yards from the regular tees. The course setting is a scenic one with numerous tall trees, lush fairways, and a beautiful view of the mountains surounding Tucson. The course features water hazzard on six holes, long fairway, and sports three rearranged holes that were reconstructed according to PGA recommendations to enhance the course and make it more challenging for the pros.

Located in mid-Tucson, its setting allows remarkably clear views of the mountain ranges surrounding the area. It is most noted for its mature vegetation including tall eucalyptus trees, pines, palms, and numerous plants. The layout is a typical country club design with tree lined fairways and parallel holes. The course features water hazards on six holes, long fairways, and greens that vary from relatively to severely sloped or tiered, and from small to large.

This course measures 5939 and 6229 yards from the front and back tees, respectively, which makes it a popular layout for beginners and golfers who want a fast round of golf. Randolph south is much shorter than the North Course and is one of the most popular courses in Tucson because it is player-friendly and easy to walk. The fairways are wider than the North and the greens are flatter and larger. Most holes are straight away, and the terrain is flat and easy to walk. The course is part of the Randolph golf complex and offers the same terrific panoramas and amenities as Randolph North.

It is one of the more popular golf courses in Tucson. It too features the tall trees and lush fairways, and was the first golf course in Tucson to be irrigated with reclaimed water. The course measures 5,800 and 6,000 yards from the front and back tees, respectively, which makes it very popular with senior citizens and the beginning golfer.
